Your role

In this role, you will have the following tasks and responsibilities:

• To assist Executive, System & Process in assessing and analyzing daily issues relating to system application.
• To assist Executive, System & Process to administrator usage to reduce noncompliance and resolve any issue regarding the system application by the end users.
• To assist and ensure the readiness of the system application for end users’ usage.
• To assist the Executive, System & process to gather users’ comments for enhancement and improvement for the management consideration.
• To assist the Executive, System & Process to test new features or applications for applicability prior to live usage by the end users.
• As Liaison to the vendor regarding the system and application-related matters by lodging tickets to the vendor reporting system.
• To assist Executive, System & Process in preparing documentation prior to training on system application familiarity to new users and usage enhancement.
• To assist daily operational issues reported by users in the SNOW system and ensure the tickets are closed within the required time frame.
• To perform analysis and reviews as and when required by the Executive, System & Process.
