Your role

In this role, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

• In charge of warranty jobs including open/invoice jobs, SIM report
• To look over warranty store and update by labeling and recording into a logbook
• To record all new machine registers for warranty purposes.
• To update and record the service manual.
• Any job requested by superior
• To submit consumable store reconciliation report on a quarterly basis.
• To perform quarterly Tools Box audits for all servicemen.
• Manage all the assets and equipment owned by Service Department - Kuantan
• Manage the purchasing and procurement process
