Your role

In this role, you will have the following duties & responsibilities:

• Taking care of all activities regarding aftersales related to products.
• Able to make use of EV simulators and other tools for EV management.
• Understand EV engineering and be well-updated on EV technologies.
• B2B customer issue troubleshooting and making recommendations.
• Prepare comprehensive troubleshooting reports whenever required.
• Able to manage and maintain multi-model and multi-vendor product operating procedures.
• Able to maintain a good relationship and explain procedures and implementations to customers.
• Prepare monthly consumption reports from offline and online data.
• Liaise with Aftersales Manager regarding daily activities and schedule works.
• To uphold the corporate core values of Respect & Responsibility, Enterprising, Excellence, and Integrity.
• To carry out other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time.
• To ensure compliance and conformance to the Sime Darby Berhad Group Policies and Authorities (GPA), Code of Business Conduct (COBC), and any applicable policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures issued by the Company and/or the Group as well as any such applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where the Company is operating.
