Your role

In this role, you will make an impact by:

Training & development

Siemens Malaysia offers training and development programs for its people. They have a program called SITRAIN which is their Digital Industry Academy. The program offers a wide range of courses on industrial smart automation engineering, technology, and skills for professional engineers. SITRAIN personal training courses let you benefit from their well-practiced trainers’ expert knowledge, along with direct access to their training equipment. Additionally, Siemens has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the state government of Selangor and Selangor Technical Skills Development Centre (STDC) to develop a comprehensive training ecosystem for Industry 4.0 skills.

About you

What do you need to qualify for the role?

  • Final year undergraduate student with a Psychology, Management, Communication, or relevant background
  • Eager to learn and strong analytical skill
  • Good proficiencies in English both written and spoken
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS. Excel, Word, PPT, and relevant programs)
  • Available for an internship with a minimum period of 6 months
  • Willing to do the internship in a hybrid - working arrangement.
  • Available to start in early May 2024
