Your role

If you are joined as Talent Acquisition Intern at Siemens Malaysia, you will carry the following responsibilities:

• Learn recruitment strategies, policies, and programs that deliver internal and external recruiting results to meet the company's strategic needs.
• Able to experience handling end-to-end recruitment but not limited to job posting, talent sourcing, resume screening, and interview arrangement.
• Maintain various reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics.
• Perform other routine HR basic operations support when required.
• Find and engage unique passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques.
• Supporting the coordinating of new hire orientations and other administration tasks.

About you

If you are interested to join as Talent Acquisition Intern at Siemens Malaysia, you must be eligible for the following requirements:

• Candidates with a Degree in Human Resource, Business Administrative, or any related field of study is preferred.
• Able to work proactively and have a good sense of teamwork.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, outgoing personality, and strong influence and impetus.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Work location: CP Tower, Petaling Jaya & comes with optionality to WFH.
