Your role

As a sales & marketing intern at Siemens Malaysia, you will be responsible for the following roles:

• Knowledge and understanding of the marketing process,
• Passionately creative, willing to constantly innovate & collaborate as a team,
• Content creation in collaboration with product Managers, Sales teams, aligned to Marketing strategy,
• Provides input to the business of the consumer: local insights, markets, competitions & trends,
• Responsible for communication in digital channels (Chats, email, apps etc)
• Support in the implementation, data analysis and reporting of results of market places

Training & development

You'll follow a structured Internship Development Programme (IDP) that will capture your imagination, unleash your potential, and lay the foundation for a meaningful career. Siemens has designed two events and three modules to maximize your potential at your current stage in life. Here are the modules:

• Module 1: Business influencing awareness
• Module 2: The 7 Habits of highly effective people
• Module 3: Career Planning and building your personal brand

Career progression

This position is for full-time interns with fixed-term contracts. You will work on-site in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Siemens tends to inspire confidence, drive, and newfound skills that put you in a prime position to get the graduate programme or role you really want. It means that Siemens gives interns a chance to be full-time employees after finishing the program.
