Your role

As a Marketing Operations Executive at Siemens Malaysia, you will be responsible for the following roles:

• Arrange and coordinate meetings 
• Plan travel including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation for internal team and visitors 
• Coordinate events and speaking engagements 
• Support the DX CRM team and coordinate logistics as needed 
• Support on tender specification proposals standardization 
•  Support in product life cycle management including product launching

About you

If you are interested to join as Marketing Operations Executive at Siemens Malaysia, you must be eligible for the following requirements:

• You are a recent University graduate in natural sciences (for example biomedical)/Marketing/ Business Administration/ any other related areas or equivalent
• Must possess a CGPA of 3.3 and above
• You are a fresh graduate or have less than 6 months of working experience

You will be strongly hired, if you have the following personalities and skills:

• You are proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
• You are meticulous and detail-oriented  
• You have a good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
• You can communicate effectively with internal and external customers in all mediums of communication.
• You are self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
