Training & development

In this Engineering Graduate Program ASEAN-Pacific (EGP), you will get comprehensive, beyond-Engineering training the centerpiece of the EGP. The training for the program comes in various platforms - on-the-job training, exposure to different functions, offsite classroom training, and networking sessions.

For the offsite training, program members from all participating countries are brought together to one location to learn as a team. This is a valuable opportunity for both expanding your international network, as well as exchanging experiences.

The program offers a great variety of training courses: Starting from business-oriented courses to innovation workshops and training that enhances your cross-cultural skills – altogether enabling you to reach your fullest potential.

Career progression

Once you start the program, you are already Siemens employees. After successful completion of the program, the company will work with you to plan your future career path, working toward paths such as a Sales Engineer or a Project Manager.”

Work-life balance

In its office at Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, the working hours are 9 hours per day or 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday (08:30 AM to 05:30 PM).   • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • An excellent academic record
  • Relevant and practical work experience gained during or between your studies
  • Fluency in English

  • An open mind and eagerness to meet challenges
