About the team

The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The Business Development and Partnership teams aim to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

Job description

  • To assist the teams' day-to-day operations in logistics handling of their offline initiatives for both Seller Engagement and Seller Education sub-teams, tracking event attendance and results which will feed into their KPI.
  • To support Seller Education initiatives by assisting in project managing initiatives from end to end, from communications to supporting team to build up MCQs, mock training, grading assessment, and awarding Shopee Xperts for the upcoming batch.
  • To support the Seller Engagement initiative by performing data analysis, slide preparation, communication, and stakeholder management between ShopeeUni FB group, Bintangs, and sellers in general.
  • The intern will also have an opportunity to copywrite for a variety of projects/programs, working closely with the PICs and design teams to brainstorm ideas, consult, and develop messaging from the lens of sellers.
  • Thorough research and interviews will be required to understand respective departments, products/services, and business development goals.
