The SeaMoney team enables and drives innovation by providing a range of financial products and services, including its mobile wallet, ShopeePay, to both individuals and SMEs. Job description

• You will learn to develop your skills in a financial institution environment.
• Through their training program, you will develop the skillsets that you need to stay relevant today and in the future, especially focused on the day-to-day tasks of developing a new company as well as a digital bank.
• Assist in UAT / SIT test case drafting and execution.
• You will also help with drafting and refining BRD/requirements.
• You will work together with the supervisor with updates on material.
• You will assist Team Leader or Manager in workforce planning. 
• You will be exposed to Operation Policy and Procedure settings with fellow team leads.
• You will be involved in planning and decision-making for customer service planning, and Operation
• Admin Portal Agile POD planning.
