Your role

As a product intern, you'll :

• Identify gaps in existing operational processes and translate them into requirements to optimize operations.
• Prepare and execute test cases for new features, work with the regional product team to locate and fix the bugs
• Provide comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results, and defect management for the required sign-offs
• Prepare training materials on new product features to orient related teams
• Perform ad-hoc duties such as handling production issues, i.e raising JIRA tickets and following up with stakeholders
• Set a project timeline and prepare necessary rollout plans when required.

• Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, IT, or other related fields
• Skilled at working effectively and communicating with cross-functional teams across the organization
• Able to communicate in both English and Malay, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking
• Capable in project management
• Willing to travel to hubs within Klang Valley for on-site analysis and support
• Internship duration: At least 3 months
