Job Description

The Operation teams at Shopee cover the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the product. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. Responsibilities

  • Managing 3PL’s performance and SLA, and overall account management include, optimizing the cost of delivery through negotiations, balancing 3PL (3rd Party Logistic) performance by allocating orders based on 3PL (3rd Party Logistic) capacity, driving new feature rollouts and improvements
  • Provide relevant and timely information via daily logistics reporting and analytics
  • Actively manage 3PL (3rd Party Logistic) backlog - lost, damage rate, and aging orders
  • Highlight key indicators that would have an impact on the business
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as CS (Customer Service), payments, and business development teams on key projects and logistics-related inquiries
  • Resolve complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and proposing ideas to the management
  • Involve or participate in ad-hoc projects such as the development of new logistics channels and features e.g. giving ideas relate to design, development, testing, and rollout of new features
  • Conduct both internal and external training to key stakeholders on new logistics feature launches as and when needed

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience within the logistics sector; either 3PL (third-party logistics) or freight management experience in E-commerce is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent in both written skills and verbal communication
  • Good logical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Good team player, positive attitude, willing to learn
  • Multilingual in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin to communicate with merchants from diverse backgrounds
  • Required to be driven and motivated.
