Your Role

• Plan and monitor daily warehouse inbound/outbound operations
• Manage operation performance including attendance, work schedule, Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Track and share the progress of the shipment to sales and order in time, and coordinate anomalies with strategic partners
• Prepare daily, monthly and annual summary report work
• Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks
• Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Project Management and Fleet operation to ensure smooth warehouse operation
• Responsible for security, safety and loss prevention of stocks
• Ensure warehouse area is safe, clean and organized through regular inspection
• Continuously find ways to improve/enhance existing processes
• Propose solutions should any problem/issue arise
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned

About You

• Degree/Diploma qualifications in any field of study
• Preferably 1 year of relevant working experience or internship
• Prior experience in the warehouse and logistic industry is advantageous
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Willing to work in Shah Alam area and possess own transport
