Your role

The Operation teams at Shopee cover the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. What will you do?

• Participate in the Shopee Xpress driver recruitment process, which involves sourcing, screening, and selecting ideal individuals
• Manage the Shopee Xpress driver recruiting pipeline, which includes determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events, and sourcing activities

About you

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any major field
• Passionate about people, services, and culture
• Have a strong affinity for hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result-orientation
• Demonstrates exceptional communication competency, both in Bahasa Malaysia and English to liaise with stakeholders
• Hardworking, highly accountable, and reliable
• Good team player, positive attitude, motivated, and eager to learn
• Full-time interns preferred, who can start immediately
