Job description

The Operation teams at Shopee cover the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the product. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize and monitor daily activities of customer service operations
  • Investigate vendor's issues, identify root cause, action plan, and solutions
  • Key person to handle and escalate disputes within the business operations
  • Prepare FAQ and campaign briefing to supplier monthly
  • Prepare daily report/ weekly report/ monthly report or as per request
  • Handle escalation tickets with the internal operation team
  • Maintain a good relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and improve customer service procedures, policies, and standards for the organization or department

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma qualifications in any field of study
  • Preferably 1 year of relevant working experience or internship
  • Prior experience in the Logistic industry is advantageous
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Willing to work in Shah Alam area and possess own transport.
