About the team

The Cross Border team at Shopee empowers sellers from all over the world to sell into Southeast Asia and the Taiwan region. The team helps sellers to market their products across regional markets and provide enabling services such as cross-border logistics, operations, payments, product-related services, overseas warehouse fulfillment, and business intelligence. Responsibilities

  • To conceptualize, develop and execute marketing campaigns for the Cross Border business
  • Collaborate and coordinate across regional and local stakeholders to plan, execute and monitor the performance of the Cross Border marketing campaigns, including the Marketing team, Operations team, Payments team, Seller Management Teams based in Asia, and other enabling functional teams
  • Maintain and manage project timelines, expectations, tasks, and resources
  • Ensures smooth and timely execution of campaigns, including conducting necessary checks during key campaign live dates
  • Initiates and executes process reviews and improvements
  • Perform analysis and performance reporting relating to the marketing campaigns initiatives where required
  • Have a deep understanding of market landscape, and buyer behavior, and plan effective solutions and growth initiatives for business performance

Requirements

  • At least 1-3 years of work experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Prior experience in e-commerce marketing and project management will be advantageous
  • Strong ability to execute, deal with uncertainty, learn fast and manage projects from end to end
  • Displays ownership over one’s work, successes, and mistakes. Accountable and responsible for all tasks and deliverables
  • Thorough, attentive to details, highly organized, resourceful and proactive, a critical thinker, and has a growth mindset
  • Basic competency in PowerPoint and strong competency in Excel software for presentations and analysis.
