Your role

As a Content Moderator - Listing & Content at Shopee, you will do the work below:

• Be responsible for the curation of Mall content, to perform quality checks on the legitimacy of the official brand and marketplace listings
• Categorize and place the listings into the right categories based on the product categories 
• Review offline files to ensure the marketplace content is aligned with the policies and guidelines
• Understand marketplace policies and guidelines, and make necessary curation based on it
• Identify improvement opportunities in workflow and suggest a solution
• Work with the Customer Support teams and Business Development teams to handle listing inquiries

About you

To join as a Content Moderator - Listing & Content at Shopee Malaysia, you should meet the following requirements:

• Fresh graduates or 1-2 years experienced applicants in Content Moderation are welcome to apply
• Basic Microsoft Excel skill is required
• Able to work on repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment  
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written forms (Mandarin language is preferred)
• Excellent comprehension skills
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
