Your role

As a Bay Coordinator Line Haul at Shopee Malaysia, you have to do the following roles:

• Manage and train SOC linehaul loader to ensure right parcels pick up from staging area follow FIFO (first in first out) manner, scan all the parcels before they load into truck
• Manage truck and driver upon truck arrival at SOC/RC and departure from SOC/RC, including seal tag handling and management before truck leave the bay
• Assist linehaul supervisor to do 5S (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain) at the workstation & staging area to ensure the right parcel at the right staging
• Serve as backup Linehaul Supervisor when Linehaul supervisor not area, need to handle linehaul operation on solo

Bay Coordinator will be placed at Shopee Xpress for Linehaul. You will be hired as a 6-month contract employee for the event. However, you have the opportunity to develop your career if you have an excellent performance during the contract.

The official career of Shopee stated that employees will get a work-life balance. For this position, you have to commit to rotational shift working hours (day & night shift). However, sometimes you have to work overtime during peak campaign days.
