Job description

• Execute required operational tasks and provide operational expertise to teams
• To plan daily work for timely completion of tasks assigned within the set TAT/SLA standards to meet targets and KPIs and to provide support to the Unit Head in the  day-to-day operations of the unit

Key responsibilities

• Complete the daily work assigned within the agreed TAT/SLA
• Comply work done within SOP, set policies and guidelines
• Participate and support new initiatives for process improvement and operational efficiency
• Undertake other duties including relief as and when assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma - Finance & Banking, Accountancy or equivalent.
• Experience is not necessary but will be an advantage
• Expertise and capability of performing tasks relevant to the domain and delivering required output
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide answers to impromptu questions
• Good communication skills (ability to communicate/collaborate with team members)
• Ability to be patient and actively listens to others, and understand others' views
