Your role

As a Recruitment Associate, you will join the Human Resource Division. You will be responsible for the following roles:

Primary Objective:

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist is a human resources professional responsible for sourcing, attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent in the market. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract and retain top talent for RHB.
  • Focus on transactional and volume recruitment for RHB.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and develop expertise in their business and talent needs, helping to develop and manage talent pools and pipelines.
  • Source and screen candidates through various methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews and assessments for potential candidates.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to offer guidance and advice on candidate selection
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Facilitate interview feedback sessions, prepare salary proposals, extend verbal offers, and issue Employment Agreements.
  • Facilitate documentation to smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Meet SLA on recruitment turnaround time and manage cost per hire as per the direction from management.
  • Develop a strong understanding of regulatory requirements set by BNM and internal control.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders & weekly reporting as required on recruitment progress.

About you

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • 1- 2 years’ recruitment experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong candidate management skills.
  • Detail oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
