Your role
As a Recruitment Associate, you will join the Human Resource Division. You will be responsible for the following roles:
Primary Objective:
Talent Acquisition Specialist is a human resources professional responsible for sourcing, attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent in the market. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract and retain top talent for RHB.
Focus on transactional and volume recruitment for RHB.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and develop expertise in their business and talent needs, helping to develop and manage talent pools and pipelines.
Source and screen candidates through various methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Coordinate and conduct interviews and assessments for potential candidates.
Work closely with hiring managers to offer guidance and advice on candidate selection
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Facilitate documentation to smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
Meet SLA on recruitment turnaround time and manage cost per hire as per the direction from management.
Develop a strong understanding of regulatory requirements set by BNM and internal control.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders & weekly reporting as required on recruitment progress.

About you
To apply for this position, you have to meet the following requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
1- 2 years’ recruitment experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong candidate management skills.
Detail oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
