Your role

Primary Objective:

• Execution of client’s instructions in respect of the trust fund are carried out in accordance with the trust deed and other relevant documents.
• Uphold the interest of holders/beneficiaries at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Fund Accounting/Fund Valuation

• Ensure all files feeds are uploaded to the system on timely manner
• Perform exception checking on Securities Price, Forex, Index breaching the tolerance limit set and missing securities price.
• Maintain new masters in the system: Portfolio (fund) / Securities / Broker / Custodian / Market ...etc.
• Capture all fund related transactions; Trade, Corporate Actions, Money Market Placement, Income Distribution, Fees Charges, Unit Creation & Cancellation into the system.
• Perform daily Bank Reconciliation for each designated bank account.
• Perform Holding reconciliation against Custody’s statement for each designated bank account
• Perform checking on Corporate Actions event against Custodian’s Notification / Bloomberg record / Exchange information.
• Generate daily Net Asset valuation (NAV) of the funds and perform thorough checking to ensure accuracy of the NAV valuation & reporting
• Submit NAV reports to the clients/relevant parties within the stipulated timeline.
• Notification of the NAV prices & publish NAV price at the relevant website / portal.
• Generate transaction report and prepare Regulatory Reporting
• Provide cross support to Unit Trust team

Others

• Ensure Documents are filled in an organized and timely manner
• To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management

About you

• Bachelor Degree - Business, Finance, Accountancy, or other related fields.
• Diploma - Business, Finance, Accountancy, or other related fields.
• 0 -5 years of working experience in capital market industry
• Fund Accounting experience is an added advantage
• Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Able to work well in a team.
