Your role

As a Group Payments Officer, you will join the Finance Team business area. You will be responsible for the following roles:

Primary Objective:

• Maintain payment in the AP system and ensure all payments are paid within SLA and comply with MOA & GST requirements.
• To provide helpdesk to payment requestors promptly.
• Monitor AP inter-co a/c & prepare settlement on a monthly basis.
• Prompt submission of wi

• Key payment details/upload batch file in AP system to process payment.
• Check/verify/ approve invoice data via batch upload /manual data key into the AP system.
