Your role

Primary Objective:

  • Handle business development and marketing to grow the market share of the PLM segment
  • Responsible for building business relationships & loans growth  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance market share through new customer acquisition and/or existing PLM portfolio
  • Manage / monitor accounts until disbursement
  • Grow SME portfolio and assets through Program Lending
  • Cross-selling of Bank and Group products and services
  • Grow SME deposits
  • Refer non-PLM cases
  • Ensure compliance with conditions precedent
  • Maintain PLM asset quality within the acceptable threshold

The average salary for this role ranges from MYR 43,000 to MYR 48,000 per year approximately. Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree - Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics, or other related disciplines.
  • Fresh Graduate
  • Able to work under pressure environment as well as in a team
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, energetic, result-oriented, and possess good business acumen
