Your role

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Assist in pickup inbound calls
• Assist in handling complaint calls
• Perform appointment calls to confirm service appointments
• Check service backlogs, perform service re-planning, and issue necessary tickets, etc.
• Docket compilation, prepare service schedule

Training & development

In this role, you will be given full product training, with hands-on assistance from the Customer Care Team. The internship's duration will depend on your university's requirements.
