Your Role

Razer Merchant Services Sdn. Bhd. (“FIUU”) is a leading fintech company committed to delivering exceptional payment services to clients. The company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Support Intern to join its team and assist with merchant submission and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the merchant submission and onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation is collected and verified.
• Communicate with merchants to gather necessary information and provide support throughout the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records of merchant submissions and onboarding status in the company’s database.
• Collaborate with the business development and operations onboarding team to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the onboarding process.
• Provide administrative support to the business support team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the merchant onboarding process.

Learning Objectives:

• Gain hands-on experience in the merchant submission and onboarding process.
• Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills by interacting with merchants and internal teams.
• Learn to manage and organize large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.

About You

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
