Human Resources Operations Intern null

Your role

The HR intern will be in charge of supporting the day-to-day activities of the HR operations function. You will have the opportunity to develop in the HR team, developing a holistic practical experience in all the employee life-cycle processes as well as support the implementation of the strategic people agenda.

In this role, you will have the key responsibilities below:

• Supporting logistic and execution processes for internal training & induction events.
• Managing and following up on new hires and leavers' documentation.
• Supporting the HRBP in the Company plan cycle process, monitoring and tracking headcount
• Reporting the HC as per monthly reporting cycles
• Executing general HR customer service for internal clients.
• Supporting daily activities within the HR function

About you

To apply for this role, you need to meet the requirements below:

• Minimum diploma in HR Studies or any related field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Excel will be primary.
• Good knowledge of digital tools overall.
• Willing to learn mindset.
• Positive attitude with good communication and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Resourceful, proactive, attentive to details, and a good team player.

Publicis Groupe offers apprenticeships that allow interns to develop their skills through real client work, formal training, and studying towards qualifications. Structured support, coaching, and learning and development are provided throughout the apprenticeship. 

Career progression
