As an Information Security Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting our organization in maintaining a secure environment. You’ll work closely with experienced team members, participate in security projects, and adhere to technology standards. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of information security.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to security-related requests promptly.
• Document processes, procedures, and configurations related to incident handling.
• Coordinate vulnerability and pentest remediations 

Access management:

• Ensure timely removal or modification of access based on termination listings, 
• emergency requests, and change request forms
• Collaborate with the IT team to manage user access rights.

Security projects:

• Participate in special security projects as assigned.
• Contribute to the implementation of security controls and enhancements.
• Contribute to security tool migration/upgrade projects

Compliance and standards:

• Adhere to established technology standards and follow documented procedures.
• Assist in compliance assessments and audits.
• Assist in PCIDSS Compliance activities
