Your role

As the HR Business Partners Intern at Prudential Malaysia, you will be responsible for the following roles:

Recruitment Administration:

  • To assist HR Business Partners on administrative matters related to recruitment.
  • Organize and maintain proper documentation arrangement, record, and filing system for easy access and retrieval

Recruitment and Onboarding.

  • To support recruitment in the coordination of interview arrangements, interview documentation, or ad-hoc projects.
  • To assist in the hiring process eg: Clearance of Background check, Checking with hiring manager/admin champion on readiness of laptop, checking with property team on access card readiness.
  • Collaborate with internal partners/external parties on any recruitment matters.

Others

  • To perform any ad-hoc tasks, assignments, and projects as specified by the direct supervisor and/or higher-level superior from time to time.

Prudential Malaysia provides training and trainee packages for interns. A professional mentor will provide guidance, support, and networking opportunities as you continue to function in your internship role. In addition, you will be involved in the company's project so that you gain knowledge from real-world working experience.
