Your role

General accounting function is responsible for the day-to-day general accounting operational tasks following the applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements and guidelines, and internal policies and procedures.

Embark on a dynamic journey as a  General Accounting Intern at Prudential Malaysia, where you'll take charge of the exciting responsibilities listed below:

• Prepare Sun System journal when necessary for posting.
• Prepare a Direct journal when necessary for posting.
• Perform analysis timely for Direct journal for reporting purposes.
• Perform reconciliation between GL against source system and investigation on unreconciled variances.
• Prepare aging analysis timely and as when required for reporting purposes.
• To prepare text file validations.
• Daily ad hoc & administrative tasks.
