Your role

About the department:

Channel Marketing plans and executes customers' campaigns for Partnerships Distributions, and ensures customers' rewards are paid out to eligible customers accordingly. On top of that, to create content and marketing collaterals for both Agency and partnership distribution channels.

Key assignment work:

• Measurement of the effectiveness of customer campaign
• Control and governance of customers' campaign fulfilment cycle

Administrative work:

• Assist in requesting to churn eligible customer listings based on campaign mechanics T
• Perform validation (maker checker process) on the accuracy of data
• Liaise with the Risk Team to perform screening of the eligible customers entitled to a monetary payout.
• Liaise with vendors (for example Retail companies, e-Wallet) for processing / delivering gifts
• Support in upload the cashback listing to the path for PV generation in IL.
• Liaise with Finance as per SOP to ensure payments are processed accordingly (cashback campaign)
• Sending of campaign payout-related SMS to customers via vendor platform.
• Liaise with vendor, IT, and Ops, for communications with customers (Example letters)
• Other marketing tasks include reviewing marketing collaterals and Performing post-campaign analysis.
