Your role

About the department:

Agent Admin is the department processing New Agent Application submitted by Agency Force. The Agency Admin is also involved in System Development where new processes are set in place that require system enhancement to the current processing so that it covers end to end. There will be ad-hoc projects as well in support of the front-line stakeholders and the inter-departmental stakeholders as well.

Key assignment work:

• Managing Customer inquiries (improve communication skills), pls use the same statement (for contracting)
• Preparing user requirements pertaining to system enhancement (detailed and comprehensive) that other inter-departmental stakeholders based on their understanding.
• Preparing ad-hoc report (analytic mindset) pls using the same statement
• Co-ordinate and liaise closely with IT personnel/stakeholders to rectify the error
• Follow-up follow thru with stakeholders pls use the same statement

Training & development

Prudential Malaysia provides training and trainee packages for interns. A professional mentor will provide guidance, support, and networking opportunities as you continue to function in your internship role. In addition, you will be involved in the company's project so that you gain knowledge from real-world working experience.

About you
