Your role

As a Sales Intern at the company, you're given important responsibilities right from the start. You'll manage and rapidly expand long-term partnerships with customers by offering solutions that align with their goals. This role requires developing a deep understanding of product categories and market dynamics.

As a Sales Intern, your responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain a productive long-term relationship with your customer
• Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of shoppers, categories, and the market
• Adapt and optimize country commercial guidelines to your specific client
• Collaborate closely with teams from other departments
• Resolve any issues and problems of your clients and act as a link between your customers and the internal teams

About you

Qualifications required:

• You are a top talent, a current university student who preferably has recently graduated or has less than two years to graduate (the graduation year of 2023, 2024, or 2025)
• You are available to intern in Klang Valley for a duration of 12 weeks/3 months
• You are preferably in a business-related field of study, but this role is open to all fields
• You are an excellent visionary, with strategic and fearless leadership skills
• You display strong partnership, analytical skills, problem-solving, and solution-oriented mindset, especially during issues
• You have an ability to drive innovation and brand growth
• You have ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure
• You take initiative and show flexibility
• You are English proficient (written and spoken)
• Legally eligible to work in Malaysia
