The purpose of the Protégé Program is to support the Variegate team by providing administrative and operational duties to the manager and department.
Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, and databases.
Prepare marketing material and upload material on the Pfizer system
Operate and administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Perform documentation submission in Pfizer systems on a timely basis.
Pro-active communication with stakeholders to ensure document submission & completion
Proactively engage with cross-functional teams to ensure the approval process is on time.
Executing and facilitating administration duties such as record keeping, coordination of meetings coordinating email, and working on special projects.
Assist in commercial operations and getting material approval on a timely basis
Stakeholder alignment on project operation and documentation
Assist with documenting new features and functions relating to systems enhancement or modification
Facilitate and follow up calls with internal and external stakeholders
Managing sales operational matters for the Variegate team
Support marketing operations & drive new marketing campaigns.
Assist Line Manager in ad hoc projects and implementation
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in any field
Preferably specialized in Healthcare- Pharmacy and Marketing
Ability to work independently, result-oriented, diligent, and self-motivated
A team player with good spoken & written skills in English
