Your role

Role Description Protege

This position reports to the Customer Engagement Platform Lead. As a Protege, you should be highly enthusiastic and possess excellent communication skills to manage a designated scope of work to provide operational and project management support to plan, manage, and execute the Pfizer brand messaging to Health Care Providers.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an interface with Health Care Providers (HCPs) via on-site or virtual support
  • Apply a project management approach to the specific requirements of projects given
  • Alignment with internal & external stakeholders to meet the overall direction of the project
  • Ensure customers are directed to appropriate channels in response to inquiries and requests in a timely manner
  • Plans, manages, and supports medicines/vaccine activities in the area to raise awareness to HCPs  
  • Anticipates, mitigates, and manages the risks to customers in the assigned area
  • Establish good rapport with decision-makers (at all levels)
  • Establish a sound understanding of customer needs, challenges, competition, key trends, etc.
