Your role

In this role, you will be tasked with the following duties and responsibilities:: 

  • The purpose of the Protégé Program is to support the Medical Affairs team by providing administrative and operational duties to the manager and department.
  • Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders in other departments and with external contacts.
  • Assist Line Manager in projects and implementation.
  • Prepare medical-related material and upload material on the Pfizer system
