Your role

As an Administration Protégé, you will have the following duties and responsibilities: 

  • The purpose of the Protégé Program is to support the Division by providing administrative and operational duties to the manager and department.
  • Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Explore and leverage knowledge with Internal systems such as ARIBA, PO, GCMA, ACM, FUSE, and Digital on Demand.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders in other departments and with external contacts.
  • Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.
  • Assist Line Manager in ad hoc projects and implementation.
  • Prepare marketing material and upload material on the Pfizer system.
