The purpose of the Protégé Program is to support the Division by providing administrative and operational duties to the manager and department
Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, and databases.
Explore and leverage knowledge with Internal systems such as ARIBA, PO, GCMA, ACM, FUSE, Digital on Demand
Liaising with internal stakeholders in other departments and with external contacts.
Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues
Assist Line Manager in ad hoc projects and implementation.
Prepare marketing material and upload material on the Pfizer system
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in any field
Preferably specialized in Healthcare- Pharmacy and Marketing
Ability to work independently, result-oriented, diligent, and self-motivated
A team player with good spoken & written skills in English
