Your role

As a Tele-Marketing Protégé, you will embark on a journey to learn and develop the fundamental skills required for a successful career in telemarketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
• Receive personalized guidance and mentorship from senior telemarketers to help you navigate challenges and improve your skills.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers following provided scripts and guidelines.
• Listen actively to customer responses, concerns, and objections, and adapt your approach to foster positive interactions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes in the company's CRM system.
• Work with supervisors to assess your performance against established goals and metrics.

Training & development 

This position is designed to provide you with comprehensive training, hands-on experience, and mentorship to become a proficient telemarketing professional. You will work closely with experienced telemarketers, gaining exposure to various aspects of the role, from customer engagement to product knowledge and sales techniques.
