Your role

Role description & responsibilities:

  • The purpose of the Protégé Program is to support the Medical Division by providing administrative and operational duties to the manager and department
  • Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to create correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Explore and leverage knowledge with Internal systems such as ARIBA, PO, GCMA, ACM, FUSE, Digital on Demand
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders in other departments and with external contacts.
  • Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues
  • Assist Line Manager in ad hoc projects and implementation.
  • Prepare medical material and upload material on the Pfizer system

About you

Technical skill requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine/Pharmacy/Health Sciences
  • Ability to work independently, result-oriented, diligent, and self-motivated
  • A team player with good spoken & written skills in English/Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficiency in other languages such as Bahasa Indonesia is an added advantage but not compulsory
  • Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
