Your role
Role description & responsibilities:
- The purpose of the Protégé Program is to support the Marketing team by providing administrative and operational duties to the manager and department.
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Prepare marketing material and upload material on the Pfizer system
- Perform operation and administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Perform documentation submission in Pfizer systems on a timely basis.
- Pro-active communication with stakeholders to ensure document submission & completion
- Proactively engage with cross-functional teams to ensure the approval process is on time.
- Executing and facilitating administration duties such as record keeping, coordination of meetings coordinating email, and working on special projects.
- Assist in commercial operations and getting material approval on a timely basis
- Stakeholder alignment on project operation and documentation
- Assist with documenting new features and functions relating to systems enhancement or modification
- Facilitate and follow up calls with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist Line Manager in ad hoc projects and implementation.
About you
Technical skill requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Preferably specialized in Healthcare- Pharmacy and Marketing
- Ability to work independently, result-oriented, diligent, and self-motivated
- A team player with good spoken & written skills in English
