Your role

Key responsibilities:

• HR Operations (40% of time throughout the internship period)
• The candidate will be exposed to the employee cycle.
• New hire onboarding, employee movement, benefits administration, and resignation.
• Record maintenance and reporting
• Payroll (20% of the time throughout the internship period) - assist in maintaining payroll data including leaves, bank account, etc.
• HRBP - to support Recruitment, Talent Development projects, and Organizational Development (40%).

About you

Essential Qualifications And Skills: 

• Applicants must have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or above to be eligible for the internship.
• Preferably with knowledge of MS Excel
• MS Office
• Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently.
• Self-Starter.
