HR Operations (40% of time throughout the internship period)
The candidate will be exposed to the employee cycle.
New hire onboarding, employee movement, benefits administration, and resignation.
Record maintenance and reporting
Payroll (20% of the time throughout the internship period) - assist in maintaining payroll data including leaves, bank account, etc.
HRBP - to support Recruitment, Talent Development projects, and Organizational Development (40%).
About you
Essential Qualifications And Skills:
Applicants must have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or above to be eligible for the internship.
Preferably with knowledge of MS Excel
MS Office
Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently.
Self-Starter.
