Your role

PNB Graduate Executive Trainee (PNB GET) is a regular program to prepare trainees to be skillful employers in the future. The trainees will get training, on-the-job experience, and projects.

Training & development

PNB Graduate Executive Trainee (PNB GET) program aims to help Malaysian graduates (locally or abroad) who are still unemployed to enhance their employability and marketability with appropriate skills, knowledge, and working experience throughout the training process to increase the possibility of advancing careers in the future.

Career progression

The trainees will be given a chance to gain hands-on work experience across various areas and projects to upgrade skills in a fund management company. Upon the completion of the program and earning good feedback, you will be hired as a full-time employee.
