Your role

As a Customer Success Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the Payd's Customer Success Manager to ensure that the clients have exceptional experience with Payd's products and services. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Assist the Customer Success Manager in managing and responding to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat
  • Monitor client satisfaction and engagement through regular follow-ups and feedback
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate concerns where necessary
  • Analyse client data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Participate in the creation and updating of customer success resources (guides, FAQs, and tutorials)
  • Contribute to team meetings by sharing customer insights and suggesting improvement strategies

About you

Requirements for this internship:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask when needed
  • Passionate about customer service and driven by a desire to help others succeed
  • Proficiency in Google Suite tools (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc)
