Your role

Tasks under the Risk & Control Unit in the Contact Centre:

  • Perform controls testing for the department such as conducting clear desk surprise checks and conducting risk and controls related briefing.
  • Create and promote a risk awareness culture in the Contact Centre by sending regular email broadcasts.
  • Collate, extract data and download reports to perform analysis to learn and identify any potential risks to be addressed.
  • Participate in process, risk, and control improvement initiatives, contributing fresh ideas and insights to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Independently monitor the completion of compulsory training courses by contact center staff members, ensuring compliance with training
    requirements.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) when required, including managing test cases in JIRA and
    providing status updates.
  • Perform periodic inventory checks on specific items managed by the team, ensuring accurate record

About you

Qualifications:

  • Available to start 3 months internship in August or September 2024.
  • Preferably, students pursuing courses in risk management, data analyst / IT, or business administration/finance. 
  • Good in Microsoft Excel formula, Power Query / Power BI.
