Training & development 

In the internship with Mondelēz, you'll be a valued member of the company's team, enjoying a real job – with real responsibilities – from day one. At the start, Mondelēz will work out ambitious goals for you. Then, through the support of a buddy and regular reviews with your manager, Mondelēz  will help you achieve them. It’ll be challenging, but if all goes well, you could be offered a graduate role.

Career progression

If you can do the internship well, you could be offered a graduate role after completing the internship program.

Work-life balance

In this internship, you will be working full-time within regular hours, 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday. There is also an option to have flexible working arrangement so your work-life balance should be okay while you join this internship program.
