Your role
- Project Title:
- Develop a Close loop System for Quality/Deviation trigger system in ModSSD Line.
- Description:
- Set up a web application that consolidates all quality deviation measures into a single database and can trigger real-time alerts via email, team messaging, or chatbot. Implement AI to analyze the trends in quality deviations and develop a predictive model.
- Scope:
- Understand the e2e process of ModSSD.
- Able to understand the current pain point or quality issue that may contribute to the experience of customer recall or return.
- Consolidate all the key data sources into one common database
- Identify the information linkages and develop a web application that can provide a better insight
- Supporting Team:
- FASM Team
- Engineering Team
- Deliverables:
- Develop real-time alerts and a predictive model to prevent any quality issues.
- Start with a POC to demonstrate system capability
- Stretch Goal:
- Deployment of the project during the internship period
About you
To apply for this role you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or Computer Science, or Information Technology.
