Your role

As a Region Overseas Data Experience Center RO.EC Intern at Mercedes-Benz Malaysia, you will be responsible for the following roles:

• Administrative support within the ramp-up of the RO.EC
• Governance of IT tools incl. access granting and Maintenance of TEAM channels, Asanaetc.
• Setup of internal financial process between RO.EC and MBM (e.g. procurement)
• Preparation of Management presentations (ppt)
• Schedule alignment with HQ 
• Coordination of cross-functional tasks between RO.EC, HQ, Markets and Agencies
• To support other work requirements within the team and department as requested by the Manager, RO.EC.

Training & development

At Mercedes-Benz, interns can collect initial practical experience and work on tasks independently from the very beginning. Before you work independently, there will be two weeks training period. The company also offers you the opportunity to get some exciting insights into a global group. Moreover, the company will provide an advisor who will support you if you have any questions or requests.

About you

• Minimum degree holder Marketing, Business Management, International Marketing preferred
• Fluent in the English language - both oral and written
• Computer literate - MS Office and other software tools will be an added advantage
• Good interpersonal skills, outgoing and ability to work as a team
• Agile and passionate about learning new things
