Your role

As an MD Office Intern at Mercedes-Benz Malaysia, you will have the following tasks:

• Strategy
  • Support the company’s Senior Management Team with defining the strategy for MBSM within the framework of the global MBM strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and facilitate annual Strategy Offsite and Rollout with Senior Management Team to define the strategy for MBSM.
  • Ensure strategic action plans are communicated and executed, for example, Corporate Citizenship activities and promoting suitability awareness.
  • Keep abreast with and understand the global and regional MBM strategies.
  • Other project assistance as required including workshop planning and execution, and regular joint reviews of deliverables with the Senior Management Team.
• Communications
  • Support the Managing Director with all deliverables to stakeholders and other presentations as required.
  • Responsible for all communication initiatives, including drafting creative content to spark curiosity and strategy for both internal and external purposes for social media channels.
  • Seeks new methods and creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness for key events.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations in the company to share information with internal and external parties.
  • Ensure social media content, articles, and press releases are aligned with MBM guidelines.
• Support
  • Another assistance is required in supporting role the of the Manager.

Compensation & benefits

  • Pursuing Advance Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Advertising/ Communications/Mass Comm/ Business Management/Project Management/Business Development or similar
  • Work experience an added advantage: Marketing/Advertising/ Communications/ Business Management/Project Management/Business Development or similar
  • Industry experience: Financial Services/ Corporate Communications
