Your Role

The role of the Consumer & Market Insight (CMI) function is to show the business where and how to win. This is accomplished through the CMI mission to provide inspiration and provocation to drive transformational growth. This role requires the driving of strategic and transformational action with all key category and country stakeholders whilst becoming familiar with a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methods.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Improve productivity by performing ergonomic evaluations, time studies, simulation, and line balancing.
• Study and improve intra-logistic processes.
• Cost and budget analysis.
• Process documentation.
• Warehouse capacity utilization analysis.
• Optimize supply chain flow and process to minimize wastage.

About You

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Logistics Engineering, Warehousing or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in leading work groups of different levels and functions.
• Computer literate preferably experienced with abilities in MS Office, MiniTab, AutoCad and other analytical and planning tools.
•  Strong analytic and statistic skills, and have the ability to work independently.
• Good command in English with good leadership and interpersonal skills.
•  Strategic thinking ability, interest and passionate about software development, problem-solving and technical challenges in Software Development and Software Architecture.
• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal are needed to work with different functions and land insights and messages in a compelling way.
• Strong attention to details.
