Your role

As an intern, your tasks include:

• Technical Support:
  • Provide helpdesk support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Assist in setting up and configuring computers, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Resolve basic network connectivity issues.
• IT Project Management:
  • Support project managers in planning, organizing, and executing IT projects.
  • Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Help prepare project documentation and reports.
• IT Infrastructure:
  • Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure (routers, switches, etc.).
  • Learn about server administration tasks such as backups, updates, and monitoring.
  • Assist in setting up and configuring virtual machines or cloud services.

Qualifications:

Requirement:

• Degree in IT Engineering
• Fundamental training in Mercedes-Benz Production System
• Certified CI-Manager
• Leading continuous improvement projects
• Experience in leading work groups of different levels and function
• Computer literate preferably experienced
• Good command of English with good leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking ability
